Blueberry flowerpot DonKwiat
Blueberry cultivation pots are dedicated to the needs of seedlings for which providing the right conditions for healthy development is crucial for rich fruiting. Like every specialised nursery pot from DonKwiat this one too has a set of unique features that make the plants grown in it enjoy good condition and rapid growth. Our pots for blueberry cultivation are characterised by a raised bottom with drainage holes and special side openings, which allow water and air to flow freely in the container. Hydration and root aeration are the most important factors that keep the seedling healthy and in good condition for a long time.
Properties:
The blueberry pot is designed specifically for the needs of this plant. The raised bottom with a large number of openings and high side openings prevent excessive moisture on the bottom and ensure optimal air circulation, thanks to which the roots are properly aerated. Elevation also protects the plant from freezing. The dome shape improves the durability of the container. Side openings drain water so that it does not collect on the bottom of the pot. The wide rim allows convenient carrying of the container.

Effortless machine planting and optimal stacking
The side walls have the right angle of inclination, thanks to which the pots come out “smoothly” one from the other during the machine feeding of pots.
An additional advantage of inclined walls is the efficient stacking of products that allows for economical storage and optimization of transport costs.
The smooth surface of the outer walls reduces friction when removing pots.

Innovative pot for growing blueberries
Adequate water drainage and air circulation provided by holes in the bottom and sides of the pot support the maintenance of the right soil moisture level in the container. Young platns are particularly susceptible to overwatering which can lead to the growth of fungi, moulds and bacteria in result in a weakened or rotting root system. Pots for growing blueberries also have special feet that hold the pots slightly above the ground. This insulates the roots from the cold and prevents them from freezing. The bottom has been fitted with a cross-shaped grid, which also allows the plant to be aerated from below. The dome-shaped structure of the pot is additionally reinforced which has a positive effect on its durability and robustness.
