Production pots – application, material
Production pots are product that are indispensable in professional greenhouses and nurseries. These pots are distinguished by their lightness, handiness and resistance to breakage. Pots available in our range are personalised to the needs of gardeners. The sturdy material we use to create our production pots has been reinforced with stabilising rims for easy gripping. In addition, the pots have spaces for labels to identify the plants and their planting dates. The industrial pots also have personalised pot bottoms – corrugated and flat with a varying number of holes.
Types of production plant pots
Among the production pots, you will find high pots, standard pots, low pots, as well as round and square pots. This allows you to choose the containers that will best suit your plants’ needs. This, in turn, will enable them to germinate healthily and develop their roots continuously. Different plant species need different growing conditions to develop properly. Climbing plants and roses prefer tall production pots that provide adequate space for the roots to grow downwards. It is important to select the production pots according to the requirements of the seedlings.

Features of the production pots
The special design of the square-round pots ensures optimal plant growth and precise nutrient dosing. All models in this category are equipped with slots for labelling. Some models are also equipped with holes to ensure adequate drainage of water, which does not accumulate in the pot, which could harm the root system and lead to rotting. The material from which industrial pots are manufactured is extremely durable and can last for a long time and is also suitable for repeated use. Production pots have smooth edges and profiled bevels on the edge which helps with machine packing and allows the pots to be inserted into each other. This significantly optimizes the transport and storage of pots. Our offer also includes chrysanthemum bowls and hanging pots. When ordering a larger number of pots you can choose the color.

Effortless machine planting and optimal stacking
The side walls have the right angle of inclination, thanks to which the pots come out “smoothly” one from the other during the machine feeding of pots.
An additional advantage of inclined walls is the efficient stacking of products that allows for economical storage and optimization of transport costs.
The smooth surface of the outer walls reduces friction when removing pots.

The pots are made of 100% recycled polypropylene. Due to the production technology, the product may have delicate streaks resulting from the cooling process of the material.

We make sure that the ordered products reach you in perfect condition, which is why we pack them in several possible ways depending on the type of product. Flowerpots are placed in columns of different heights depending on the place of product delivery:

2. Other countries – the height of the column of flower pots on the pallet – 2.45 m
